First National Bank Building in Greenfield receives $ 25,000 for renovations
GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The town of Greenfield has received funding for the First National Bank building along the Bank Row urban renewal district.
The City of Greenfield will use $ 25,000 from MassDevelopment to develop RFPs for the First National Bank building, the last unresolved property in the Bank Row Urban Renewal District, targeting a project that will further revitalize the downtown area .
MassDevelopment has granted funding to 14 cities through its Technical assistance from real estate services program to address site-specific and district-wide economic development challenges.
